Founded by Cheryl Raymond, a licensed esthetician as well as a nutraceutical and wellness consultant with a passion for holistic beauty and skin health, the business offers high-quality, personalized skin care treatments, waxing, and wellness-focused products. Specializing in gut health. Clients receive a one-on-one, elevated experience in a serene environment designed to nourish both skin and soul. What to Expect During Your Time With Me At Vitality Glow, every treatment is built around you. Customized Care Almost all of my facials are fully customized — I never take a one-size-fits-all approach. I believe real results come from truly understanding your skin and creating a treatment plan that reflects your unique needs. Honest Expertise I trust my professional knowledge and training over trends or “viral” products. That means I’ll always choose what’s safest and best for your skin — even if that means saying no to a certain service. If your skin isn’t ready for what you booked, we’ll pivot and do what’s right for your long-term results. Sometimes the best treatment is taking a step back. Your Time Matters Your appointment time is your time. I never rush you in or out. If we need a few extra minutes for questions or education, that’s perfectly okay. My goal is to make you feel relaxed, informed, and cared for every step of the way. Education & Transparency Before every facial, I’ll walk you through what I’m doing, the products I’m using, and how each step benefits your skin. CANCELLATION POLICY
Vitality Glow Esthetics – Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to reschedule your appointment. To provide the best service for all our clients, we have the following policy in place: Cancellation Notice Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 30% service fee. No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to accommodate other clients. Full service cannot always be guaranteed, and late arrivals may still be charged the full appointment fee. How to Cancel or Reschedule Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled via text, call, or through our online booking system. Exceptions We understand emergencies happen. Please communicate with us if unforeseen circumstances arise, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
